WeddingsOnTheInternet

2009 I had spent my pension money on a new computer (€2200) I was a Microsoft Partner and BizSpark startup so was doing well. I read that most phones now and all in the future would be camera phones. What if people could sms me picturtes of the wedding and I put them up on the net that very hour! Uncle Charlie in Australia could see wedding pics of his favourite niece as they happened. Also there is that photo of the page boy kissing a girl that only friend Doris could have taken. We would have wonderful off-the-cuff photos. PLUS I offered bill board sized embarrassing photos that the best man took of the groom on their stag night. WeddingsOnTheInternet.com was born. They would get a folder e.g. WeddingsOnTheInternet/BillandPaula for their pictures plus there would be a guest book plus it would be a site for their official wedding photos. There in perpetuity. Cost about €300 peanuts in the overall cost of a wedding. They also got a DVD of the site.

I did a business plan and accounts using Excel for 3 years, they then suggested 5 years, employing 2 people in the first year then setting up offices in every town. It would be very profitable even in the first year. To demonstrate the site I put up stock wedding photos then did WeddingsOnTheInternet/BarackandMichelle just to show how good the gallery software was. It took me a couple of weeks to do the plan plus research to show the project was viable. They turned me down saying the Internet was not within their purview.

I refused to give up and rented a shop in a prominent position to use as a base I needed rent money as I only had enough for a month. Went to the local credit union and they turned me down to. I advertised for staff in the local job club no takers. Then one day the door to the upstairs started banging. I went upstairs (not mine) and found an open window which I closed moving some stuff to a dry area. The landlord called that day and I told him, he said nothing. That eveninjg he returned with a thug and they proceeded to beat me up and threw me bodily out of the shop kicking me. I managed to get up and run to the police station opposite. Two policeman came back with me. They started attacking me in front of the police. They were dragged off and the police took statements. The next day all my computer equipment and furniture had been dumped in the street.

I went to the police as there had been an assault. They told me statements had been taken and that I should wait. I waited a month and nothing happened so I complained to the police ombudsman. After a month they found the police had acted properly and there was nothing to be done. I went to a lawyer to make a private prosecution. He couldn’t even find the landlords address. I found it in the telephone directory. So according to The Court of Human Rights my human rights had been infringed. So I prepared a case of Strasbourg. I consulted with a law professor in Trinity and she said I had a case but didn’t stand a chance of getting it heard. Here is my complaint

To whom it may concern
I am a British Citizen currently resident in Ireland. I was assaulted by two persons
on 27th October 2009. I received medical attention. I am disabled (Mental
Health). The local police were in attendance and they interviewed all concerned.
I have a witness. I was also threatened by one of the assailants in the presence
of two Garda. Having received no word from the local Garda after 28 days I
complained to the Garda Ombudsman. On 5th January 2010 they informed me
that there was no breach of Garda discipline under the Garda Siochana Act 2005.
I therefore conclude that in Ireland I am not protected from assault by Irish Law. I
will therefore ask that Ireland be prosecuted for failing to uphold my Human
Rights.
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) a declaration adopted by the
United Nations General Assembly on December 10, 1948 at the Palais de Chaillot
in Paris.
Article 5 states: “No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or
degrading treatment or punishment.”

I was subject to cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment

Article 7 states:” All are equal before the law and are entitled without any
discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection
against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any
incitement to such discrimination.”

The Law has not protected me, I have been discriminated against.

Article 8 states “Everyone has the right to an effective remedy by the competent
national tribunals for acts violating the fundamental rights granted him by the
constitution or by law.”

An effective remedy has not been provided by the competent national tribunal
by the Irish Constitution or by Irish law.

Ireland has contravened my Human Rights. I therefore give notice that I now
take the matter to the United Nations and The European Court of Human Rights
in Strasbourg.

and there you have it. Now you know why I don’t go out. I just don’t feel safe. AND the county enterprise board so I saw today has a whole feature on using the Internet. They lied to me.

i.dunno. maybe its me……….
